The northern lights are a amazing phenomenon to witness. I had the fortune of spending 10 weeks up in the Arctic in fall of 2019. This photograph was the result of several nights/weeks of trial and error in -15F weather. Environmental factos are huge, such as snow, wind and temperature, however the real challenge was understanding how much the northern lights brightness varied, speed varied, and location.
I make matted prints of all my images on various materials such as Canvas, metal, and different weighted papers. I can also do triptych prints. I can print in various sizes, however I like to keep the aspect ratio the same in respect to the format it was taken in. Typical print sizes vary from 3x2, 6x4, 12x8, 24x16, 48x32 and so on.
